পশ্চিম মেদিনীপুর জেলার ঘাটাল থানার অন্তর্গত খড়ার পৌরসভার দলপতিপুর গ্রামে একটি পঞ্চরত্ন মন্দির রয়েছে। পূর্বমুখী এই মন্দিরটি একটি উল্লেখযোগ্য পুরাকীর্তি। এখানে বিষ্ণু শ্রীধরজীউ রূপে পূজিত হন। ত্রিখিলান যুক্ত মন্দিরের ধনুকাকৃতি উপরের অংশে বেশ কিছু টেরাকোটা ফলক এখনো আছে। রাম রাবণের যুদ্ধ , কৃষ্ণ লীলা এর মূল প্রতিপাদ্য বিষয়। খিলান গুলির ধারে স্তম্ভের মধ্যেও কিছু টেরাকোটা ফলকের অস্তিত্ব আছে। মন্দিরের কাঠের দরজা দুটির পাল্লাতেও বেশ কিছু দেবদেবীর মূর্তি এবং ফুলকারী নকশা খোদাই করা আছে। দরজার দুপাশে টেরাকোটার দুটি বড় দ্বারপাল মূর্তিও রয়েছে।
প্রণব রায় লিখিত 'মেদিনীপুর জেলার প্রত্ন সম্পদ' গ্রন্থে একটি অস্পষ্ট পোড়ামাটির লিপির উল্লেখ আছে। সেখানে নিবন্ধ ছিল-
'সন ১২৩৫ সাল / সকাব্দা ১৭৫০'....
এই লিপি অনুসারে বোঝা যায় যে মন্দিরটি ইংরেজি ১৮২৮ খ্রিস্টাব্দে প্রতিষ্ঠিত হয়েছিল।
There is a Pancharatna temple in Dalpatipur village of Kharar Municipality under Ghatal police station of Paschim Medinipur district. This east-facing temple is a notable antiquities. Here Vishnu is worshipped in the form of Shridharjiu. Several terracotta plaques still exist in the arched upper part of the temple with three arches. The main theme of the plaques is the battle of Rama and Ravana, Krishna Leela. Some terracotta plaques also exist in the pillars of the temple.The wooden doors of the temple also have several statues of gods and goddesses carved on them, along with floral designs. There are also two large terracotta gatekeeper statues on either side of the doors.
There is a reference to an obscure terracotta inscription in the book 'Medinipur jelar pratna sampad'' written by Pranab Roy. The entry there was-
'sana 1235 sāla/ sakābdā 1750'....
According to this inscription, it is understood that the temple was established in 1828 AD
