বীরভূম জেলার নানুর থানায় জলন্দী বলে একটি গ্রাম রয়েছে। বিশেষজ্ঞগণের মতে ' ধর্মমঙ্গল কাব্যে সামন্ত শেখর রাজার রাজধানী রূপে জলন্দারগড় এর উল্লেখ আছে। জলন্দী গ্রামটি সম্ভবত এই নামের স্মৃতি বহন করছে।'
এই গ্রামের পশ্চিম দিকে তিনটি পাশাপাশি মন্দির রয়েছে। মন্দিরগুলি সবকটি পশ্চিমমুখী। মন্দির গুলির বাঁদিকেরটা চারচালা এবং ডান দিকেরটা আটচালা মধ্যখানে পঞ্চরত্ন মন্দির।
পঞ্চরত্ন মন্দিরটি উনবিংশ শতাব্দীতে প্রতিষ্ঠিত। মন্দিরে একটি ফলক আছে তাতে ১২৮৪ সন পনেরই আষাঢ় কথাটির উল্লেখ আছে।
সংস্কারের অভাবে মন্দির অনেক খানি ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত হয়েছে। বিশেষত টেরাকোটা ফলক গুলি খুবই ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত।
There is a village called Jalandi in Nanur thana of Birbhum district. According to experts, 'Jalandargarh is mentioned in the Dharmamangal kabya as the capital of Samanta Shekhar Raja. Jalandi village probably bears the memory of this name.'
There are three temples side by side on the western side of this village.All the temples face west. The one on the left is a four-chala temple and the one on the right is an eight-chala temple, with the Pancharatna temple in the middle.
The Pancharatna Temple was established in the 19th century. There is a plaque in the temple which mentions the fifteenth Ashadha of the Bengal year 1284.
The temple has suffered a lot due to lack of renovation. The terracotta plaques in particular are very damaged
