বীরভূম জেলার অন্যতম বর্ধিষ্ণুগ্রাম দুবরাজপুরে যে মন্দির সংস্কৃতির প্রচলন হয়েছিল তার মধ্যে নমোপাড়ায় নায়েক পরিবাররা যেখানে বসবাস করেন , সেখানে তিনটি মন্দিরের একটি গুচ্ছ রয়েছে। এক পাশে একটি চার চালা মন্দির এবং অন্যপাশে পঞ্চরথ ঘরানার একটি শিখর মন্দিরের মাঝে নবরত্ন মন্দিরটি অবস্থান করছে। জীর্ণ এই মন্দিরটি তে যে সুন্দর অলংকরণ ছিল তা বর্তমান অবস্থা থেকেও স্পষ্ট বোঝা যায়। ফলক গুলির মধ্যে মহিষাসুরমর্দিনী দুর্গা, শিবের বিয়ে , সুন্দর ফুল কারি নকশা , শিকল , অলিন্দে নারী ফলকগুলি একসময় খুবই উৎকৃষ্ট ছিল।
বর্তমানে মন্দিরটি তে এলাকার মানুষ পুজো করেন। এলাকার মানুষের প্রচেষ্টায় মন্দিরটি পরিষ্কার রাখার চেষ্টা করা হয়। সার্বিকভাবে সংরক্ষণের কাজ না হলে এই ঘরানা টি র অবলুপ্তি খুব শীঘ্রই ঘটবে। মন্দিরটির কোন প্রতিষ্ঠাকাল না পাওয়া গেলেও এটি যে অত্যন্ত প্রাচীন তা দেখে বোঝা যায়।
Among the temple culture that was prevalent in Dubrajpur, one of the enriched villages in Birbhum district, there is a cluster of three temples in Namopara, where the Nayak families live.The Navaratna Temple is situated between a Char Chala Temple on one side and a Shikhar Temple of the Pancharath Gharana on the other. The beautiful decoration of this dilapidated temple is clearly evident from its current condition. Among the plaques, the Mahishasuramardini Durga, Shiva's wedding, beautiful flower embroidery designs, chains, and women in the atrium were once very exquisite.
Currently, the deity in temple is worshipped by the people of the area. The efforts of the people of the area are made to keep the temple clean. If overall conservation work is not done, this gharana will soon become extinct.
Although no date of foundation of the temple has been found, it is clear from its appearance that it is very ancient.
